Holiday Inn Express & Suites

We arrived 4 hours before check in because of having maintenance on our vehicle and the garage took us to our hotel. Aaron, at the front desk, was amazing. He arranged to get us in immediately despite having to work some magic with the computer. I did not expect to get in that early. The room was super clean but a bit dated. (Otherwise it would have received a 5 star). Hot tub was clean and relaxing and the morning complimentary breakfast was full off tasty options and well maintained by friendly staff. We’ve been here before and definitely will return again. It is noisy by the highway but certainly convenient. Being able to walk to New Harvest restaurant it also a plus because we are often here without a vehicle.

We stayed last weekend (oct 24th 2025) for a staycation. We loved all the dove products that were offered: soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Very convenient and way better than generic hotel stuff. Pleasant surprise. The bed was medium firm and pillows were very soft. If you need harder pillows, they have others in closet, but id suggest to bring one that fits your needs. The reason for 4/5 stars on room is our shade was off the tracks and big lamp didnt work. We did make them aware at the end of our stay as it wasnt a huge deal, but when i worked at a hotel that was something I made sure to check in the rooms. I never wanted future guests to be unnecessarily charged an incidental for something they didnt do. Our room however was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and well presented. We felt comfortable. The one thing I do wish we had was bottled water which seems standard in a lot of other hotels. Again, not a huge deal, just would have been a nice extra. The pools were nice, but as an adult I didn't feel like there were a lot of opportunities to enjoy that amenity without a lot of kids running around. I do realize a lot of families probably book because of the pool area, but id like to ask GM to possibly consider adult only hours from 9 to 10? While families book here, so do travelers that need a break from their kids, families, are traveling for less fun reasons, and adult hours could provide a relaxing stress free break from everything else. If no life guard is on duty, I dont see how adult hours couldn't be accomplished. I worked at a hotel with adult hours and it was something mentioned positively in reviews a lot and prompted many return stays specifically for that. Hotel in general seems well maintained and front desk staff were polite and welcoming at all hours. I know and understand how stressful that job can be, and they didnt let anything show when servicing customers and answering the same question 100 times in a row. Breakfast was probably the best ive seen in years at hotels. Very impressive and had everything for everyone. Well stocked and promptly and quietly cleaned. I didn't notice anything that ran out that wasnt quickly replaced. Could not hear the breakfast staff at all despite the kitchen being right there and I smiled when they sat down to eat when it was all over as I passed by later. It was well deserved. I was so happy to see them laughing and enjoying a meal. They earned it. 10/10 how you keep a staff. Happy staff= higher ratings. Sundry had many options and was well stocked. I was surprised at how affordable things were compared to other places, even my previous hotel employer. I had no issue getting a late check out from 11 to 12. I was grateful it was available, but cleaning staff did knock at 11:03. My advice would be to make sure they have an updated late check out list. They were on the edge of opening the door when i was able to get to it. We were gentle about it, but someone else may be in a different situation and that could lead to issues for both parties and easily avoidable. Overall id give an 8.5/10 and would be happy to stay here again. I strive to provide fair and accurate feedback to foster even better outcomes.

This was the 5th hotel my husband and I stayed at on our vacation and it was by far the best one. The staff, Val, Jacob, and Aaron were very friendly and helpful and we sure appreciated that. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The shower was awesome with the best water pressure. The location was great, right off the highway but no traffic noise. We didn't take advantage of the pool but a lot of families were enjoying it. We would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn. Great job to everyone who works there!

This place is perfect. We chose to drive home to the east coast from Chicago due to a snow storm canceling our flight, and we found this hotel as we started to get a little tired in the first leg of our drive. I was able to book it easily online, we were greeted pleasantly by someone who was at the desk (even though it was close to midnight), and we got right into our convenient first floor room with plenty of space for a family of five. The room was clean and simple, with well thought out storage space for bags and all the usual amenities in the bathroom. Top that off with what looks like an amazing indoor pool (I wish it fit in our plans, but our stay is brief) and a hot breakfast and you have a fantastic option right off the highway. Definitely give it a try if you are ever in the area.

Enormous pool off the lobby with huge and small slides, jacuzzi... kids have to LOVE this hotel. Right off I-90, close to connections to southbound highways. Great location for me. Parking lot seemed quite safe, room is quite large and very clean. May have found a new favorite. Person in front of me checking in was elderly and needed a lot of basic questions answered. She got nothing but patience and respect from the desk clerk. Well done!

I read a lot of sketchy reviews of hotels in Erie, so we decided to go outside the city a little bit and we are glad we did. We were very happy with this hotel. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was delicious and had a wide variety of food (I need one of those magic pancake machines for my house!). The dining room was large, clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient and safe, and the hotel is convenient to the highway. We didn't use the pool but it looks like a lot of fun for kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicole and Chris at front desk were Excellent at their job. Customer service went out of their way to accommodate us and every way. Pleasant and told us places to eat. Great recommendations. If you have kids you will love the pool. Facilities were very clean and kept up even floor blowers on floor when you come out of the swimming pool area to keep floor dry I would highly recommend this place. Make sure you hit the breakfast bar very large room lots of tables and the best breakfast you've ever had in a hotel in a very large selection of hot food.

Very easy to find being right off of the interstate. Very nice pool area plus a separate lap pool. There is a large breakfast area with a very good breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice but there was some minor wear and tear on the furniture and a small stain on the carpet. That is the only reason why I didn't give the room 5 stars. I think the beds are very comfortable.

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding. It started with great service from Nicole at check in. The pool was an incredible experience for our family and the rooms were very clean and updated. Shout out for the amazing breakfast and really nice breakfast room. These guys go out of your way to make sure your experience is great. Just one example, we received a courtesy call 5 minutes after moving into our room to make sure everything was ok.

Absolutely amazing hotel!!! The service and breakfast are great!! Beds were super comfy. My child fell asleep in 10 seconds as soon as he went on the bed. The mini water park and slide were incredible, my son kept going on the blue water slide.
